We are a company focused on international quality standards in metal surface protection and machining. We are present in the electrical and automotive industries. The company’s production and service are primarily oriented towards surface protection, metal processing and the diverse production of vehicle and industrial parts.
The goal of our company is continuous growth and development in all segments of our business, as well as increasing our market share in the European market. In line with our mission, we provide our customers with the highest quality, functional, and durable products. By combining knowledge and European quality standards with highly flexible employees, we offer cost-effective production with a complete after-sales service.
To ensure the competitiveness of our products, we constantly conduct new research and improve the production process, as well as the training of our employees. This is particularly evident in the surface treatment-galvanization segment, where since 2010, we have been a co-owner of a patent for the processing of soldering tips. The vision of ZAH d.o.o. is to become the leading company in our country, region and Europe in the field of manufacturing soldering tips, other metal products for industry and metal surface protection. The core values of our success are quality, responsibility, flexibility, innovation and understanding the needs of our customers.
HISTORY
1997 – ZAH doo was founded.
1998 – Production of grinding and polishing machines began; 6 employees.
2001 – Start of serial production of machine processing for the automotive industry.
2003 – Launch of the galvanizing department (electrical industry).
2004 – Expansion of the galvanizing department and automation of the production line.
2005 – Implementation of ISO standards (EN ISO 9001, EN ISO 14001).
2007 – Procurement and start of production on CNC lathes; increase in the number of employees.
2010 – Patent registration for the method of processing soldering tips; investment in the “ZAH” tourist and hospitality facility.
2011 – Purchase of land for the expansion of business space at the “Pilana” business complex (approx. 14,700 m2).
2012 – Launch of the automatic galvanizing line (automotive industry).
2013 – Relocation of the grinding, welding, and CNC departments to a new facility located at the “Pilana” business complex. Purchase of 2 milling machines (Deckel Maho and Doosan).
2014 – Sale of old lathes and purchase of new lathes (Citizen).
2017 – Construction of a new 2,000 m2 production area.
2019 – Installation and start-up of the KTL facility.
2020 – Installation and start-up of the Powder Coating facility.
2021 – Installation and start-up of the Laser Cutting facility.
2022 – Construction of a new 500 m2 production area.
2023 – Installation and start-up of the new Galvanizing line.
2024 – Installation and commissioning of the 550 kVA photovoltaic power plant
